
Way2News, a hyperlocal short news app, has raised $14 million in a Series B funding round led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from venture capitalist Sashi Reddi. The platform, which relies on a network of around 8,000 reporters and an editorial team, produces approximately 4,000 news pieces daily. This funding will be used to fuel Way2News' growth and further strengthen its presence across South India.
