A new report reveals that insecure APIs and bot attacks are costing businesses up to $186 billion annually. Research indicates that insecure APIs alone result in up to $87 billion in losses each year, while bot attacks account for up to $116 billion in damages. The 'Global 2024 Global Bot Security Report' from DataDome highlights that nearly all (95%) advanced bot attacks go undetected on websites and more than 65% of websites are unprotected against simple bot attacks.
