The breach compromised sensitive information, including names, emails, phone numbers, physical addresses, crypto wallets, and scans of physical documents such as passports. Gnosis Pay and other crypto projects that use Fractal ID for customer verification have been impacted. The breach has raised concerns about the security of KYC (Know Your Customer) service providers, with calls for accountability and better protection measures.
