The arrests include four individuals detained in France on June 23, 2025, who were administrators of the site. These arrests come two months after the initial dismantling of BreachForums. Among those apprehended are notable figures known by their aliases ShinyHunters and IntelBroker. Additionally, on July 23, 2025, Ukrainian authorities arrested a suspected administrator of a Russian-speaking cybercrime forum at the request of the Paris public prosecutor, with assistance from France and Europol. This coordinated international effort targets key operators behind major dark web cybercrime forums.
