LEGO's website was hacked on October 5, 2024, to promote a fake 'LEGO Coin' crypto scam. The scam, which lasted around 75 minutes, displayed a fraudulent token and promised secret rewards to users who purchased it. LEGO Group has since removed the scam from its homepage and confirmed that no user accounts were compromised.
