Cyber-security company Pangea has been named the winner of the AI-Powered Threat Detection category at SiliconANGLE’s 2025 TechForward Awards, an annual program that recognises enterprise-technology innovations shaping business operations. Pangea says the award reflects three years of investment in its AI Threat Detection & Response and AI Guardrail Platform, which now bundles nearly two dozen security services. The company claims the platform blocks harmful content and prevents sensitive-data leakage with more than 99 % efficacy against advanced prompt-injection tactics such as token smuggling and multilingual attacks. The cloud-based system integrates real-time intelligence from partners including CrowdStrike, DomainTools and ReversingLabs, and is already being used by customers such as Grand Canyon Education to secure organisation-wide generative-AI deployments while meeting compliance requirements. “Our mission is to give enterprises the confidence to innovate with AI without sacrificing security,” Pangea co-founder and chief executive officer Oliver Friedrichs said in a statement released with the award announcement.
