PolyhedraZK experienced a significant security breach resulting in the loss of approximately ~$760K worth of THENA ($THE) tokens. The attacker managed to exploit a key leakage, withdrawing 1.4m $THE tokens and subsequently swapping them for around ~1,299 $BNB. This incident was detected and reported by multiple cybersecurity firms, including PeckShieldAlert, CyversAlerts, and ICODrops. In response to the breach, PolyhedraZK assured that users' assets remained safe despite the attack. The attacker was reported to have been funded by @TornadoCash.
