Irish startup Manna has successfully raised $30 million to support its expansion plans in Europe. The company aims to compete with well-established players such as Amazon, Alphabet, and the unicorn startup Zipline. Manna is also targeting a goal of one million deliveries annually and has confirmed plans to roll out its services in Cork. Despite the ambitious growth strategy, Manna has reported an increase in pretax losses as it seeks to broaden its drone delivery offerings.
