
Zscaler, a US-listed cloud security giant, has acquired Israeli artificial intelligence data startup Avalor for $350M. Avalor, founded two years ago and backed with $30M, will enhance Zscaler's AI capabilities for cybersecurity. The acquisition is part of a wave of Israeli startup sales, with Zscaler planning to integrate its transactions and Zero Trust Exchange into Avalor's platform, which will operate independently.
