Forbes JAPAN Names 2025 ‘30 Under 30’ Innovators at Tokyo Ceremony

Business magazine Forbes JAPAN on 25 August unveiled the 2025 edition of its “30 UNDER 30” list, which recognises 30 Japanese innovators under the age of 30 who are expected to “change the world.” The eighth annual roster was announced at an award ceremony in Tokyo. Among this year’s honourees are YouTuber ISSEI, pop performance group HANA and choreographer-dancer JESSICA, highlighting the growing influence of digital content creators and the performing-arts sector. Actor Minami Hamabe received the Audi Special Award, given to a standout figure who embodies the programme’s spirit of continual evolution. The 30 UNDER 30 initiative aims to spotlight emerging leaders across business, entertainment and technology, connecting them with investors and mentors to accelerate their impact in Japan and abroad.
