He has called on Kenyan youth to participate actively in the electoral process and has received endorsements from figures such as Maraga and Kivutha. Mwangi previously ran unsuccessfully for parliament in 2017 and has stated that his activism will now shift to the political arena with the aim of delivering accountable and effective leadership.
