The State Health Agency (SHA) transferred 20 million Kenyan shillings to Nyandiwa Dispensary, a health facility in Homa Bay that has been described as abandoned or a 'ghost hospital.' Despite claims that the funds were disbursed to a non-existent facility, SHA has confirmed the existence of Nyandiwa Dispensary. The transaction has raised concerns about suspect deals within the agency. Additionally, separate reports indicate that a 6.7 billion Kenyan shillings tender for Kenya Power's smart meter project was partly cancelled, though details on this development remain limited.
