Anadarko and other natural gas developers have won a federal lawsuit in Pennsylvania filed by landowners over royalty payments. The plaintiffs accused the companies of underpaying royalties and alleged antitrust violations. However, a federal judge ruled that the plaintiffs could not pursue antitrust claims and had not shown that the companies agreed to form an enterprise to defraud them. The judge dismissed the lawsuit but gave the plaintiffs 28 days to file an amended complaint.
