Breyers Ice Cream has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit for $8.85 million over its mislabeled 'natural vanilla' ice cream. The settlement, which affects customers who purchased the product between April 2016 and August 2024, comes after allegations that the ice cream was not accurately labeled. As a result of the nearly $9 million settlement, customers may be eligible for a cash payment.
