A federal judge has dismissed a $6.4 billion lawsuit filed by UMB Bank on behalf of ex-Celgene shareholders against Bristol Myers. The lawsuit alleged that Bristol Myers delayed the approval of a cancer drug to cheat shareholders. The judge ruled that UMB Bank was not a properly appointed trustee for the shareholders.
