Recent incidents of attempted bank fraud involving Chase Bank have surfaced, where individuals reportedly tried to exploit a supposed ATM glitch. These attempts included check fraud and other fraudulent activities. The Department of Justice has been urged to prosecute those involved under various charges, including wire fraud and conspiracy. Despite the relatively small amounts of money involved, there is a call for severe legal consequences. The situation has been exacerbated by individuals sharing their fraudulent actions on social media, raising concerns about the influence of online trends.
People tried to commit felony check fraud with an entity that knows their full name, address and social security number plus flaunting it on social media and text messages. Bold move bold move. https://t.co/efhnXgBwaB
A new DOJ under Trump should aggressively prosecute the Chase ATM "glitch" people with every law possible - wire fraud, check fraud, hacking, conspiracy - every felony that they can. The amount of money isn't that much, but I just simply don't like these people. Prison time.
