The South Korean court has upheld an injunction prohibiting the K-pop group NewJeans from pursuing independent activities amid an ongoing contract dispute with their label, ADOR. The five members of NewJeans filed an appeal against the court's decision, but their objection was rejected, maintaining the ban on their solo activities. Following the rejection, the group promptly submitted an immediate appeal to the Seoul High Court to challenge the ruling. The legal battle continues as NewJeans marked 1,000 days since their debut during this dispute. ADOR, affiliated with HYBE, remains involved in the conflict, with Min Hee Jin, a representative connected to the case, stating that HYBE has failed to refute the group's claims.
