Missouri-based airline executive Farhad Azima has settled with law firm Dechert and two of its former senior attorneys over allegations they participated in a scheme to hack his emails and use them in court to destroy his business. The settlement terms were not disclosed. Azima's claims were part of a sprawling civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit in New York federal court. The deal was confidential.
