A federal judge has denied NASCAR's request to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, allowing the case to proceed to pretrial discovery. The judge ruled that the plaintiffs had sufficiently alleged plausible antitrust claims. Attorney Jeffrey Kessler, representing the plaintiffs, expressed satisfaction with the ruling and indicated readiness to present their case at trial. Additionally, the judge denied a request for the plaintiffs to post a bond to cover charter payouts. A trial date has been set for December 1, 2025.
