The former chief operating officer of a San Francisco robotics startup has filed a lawsuit against the company's CEO, alleging that the CEO transferred company funds to his personal bank account. Attorneys involved in the case have petitioned the courts to amend the original complaint to include the CEO's son. Separately, the trial for former NBA SuperSonics star Shawn Kemp, who has transitioned into a marijuana entrepreneur in the Seattle area, is set to begin on Thursday. Kemp faces charges related to a 2023 shooting incident at the Tacoma Mall. His legal team has filed several motions in preparation for the trial.
