
Two Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) have withdrawn their applications from the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India's (SEBI) disclosure regulations. Meanwhile, the SEBI chief has stated that she has never dealt with files involving Agora Advisory, Agora Partners, Mahindra Group, Pidilite, Dr. Reddy’s, or ICICI Bank during her tenure. She also emphasized that all necessary disclosures related to rental income have been made to SEBI and that any services employed by organizations for her husband were based purely on his expertise. She also mentioned that her I-T returns were obtained fraudulently and illegally.
