A judge has allowed a malicious prosecution claim in an attorney’s countersuit against the law firm McElroy Deutsch. The attorney, Nicole Alexander, alleges in her counterclaim that McElroy Deutsch continues to seek civil damages from her despite no evidence of wrongdoing.
