A group of licensed cannabis retailers in New York has filed a lawsuit against the state, specifically targeting the New York State Cannabis Control Board and the Office of Cannabis Management. The lawsuit, submitted on January 10, 2025, in state district court in Santa Fe, addresses competition issues arising from store proximity rules that the retailers argue unfairly disadvantage them.
