
Nvidia and Microsoft have been sued by Texas-based AI company Xockets for allegedly stealing data processor technology to develop AI products. The lawsuit, filed on September 5 in U.S. court, accuses the tech giants of rampant patent infringement and antitrust violations. Xockets claims Nvidia and Microsoft colluded with RPX Corporation to fix and drive down the price of Xockets’ technology, forming an illegal cartel. The U.S. District Court has ordered a preliminary injunction hearing on the antitrust lawsuit.
