TKO Group, the parent company of UFC, has agreed to a revised settlement of $375 million to resolve the Le v. Zuffa antitrust lawsuit. This settlement, which is $40 million more than the initial offer, will be paid in installments over an agreed-upon period and is subject to court approval. The lawsuit, filed by former fighters, alleges that UFC violated antitrust laws by suppressing wages between 2010 and 2017. The original settlement of $335 million was rejected by a federal judge. The new settlement, which involves around 1,200 fighters, does not address the Johnson v. Zuffa lawsuit, which remains pending with a motion to dismiss still under consideration. The litigation dates back to 2014.
