A New Jersey appeals panel ruled that a user agreement for Uber Eats, which includes an arbitration clause, is valid and enforceable. The case, which stems from a car accident, highlighted that terms and conditions accepted by a child on a parent's phone can bind the parent to arbitration. Uber is getting a second chance to argue this point.
