Zomato has completed the acquisition of Paytm's entertainment ticketing business for Rs 2,048 crore to enhance its 'going-out' segment. Additionally, Zomato has received tax demand notices totaling Rs 4.59 crore from authorities in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal. The company plans to appeal against these tax demands.
