Binance Chief Executive Officer Richard Teng said the cryptocurrency industry is entering a period defined by mass adoption, arguing that the conversation has shifted from whether digital assets will gain traction to how they will be integrated at scale. In social-media remarks on Thursday, Teng urged developers and companies to continue building products that can reach mainstream users. His comments were echoed by Bitget Wallet Chief Marketing Officer Jamie Elkaleh, who noted that roughly 1.3 billion adults remain outside the formal banking system and millions more pay high fees for basic services. Elkaleh said digital wallets and other crypto tools are beginning to fill that gap, citing examples ranging from street vendors in Accra, Ghana, to families in other regions.
