The ETH Denver 2025 conference, held from February 23 to March 2 in Colorado, United States, concluded with a strong emphasis on building the future of blockchain technology. The event, themed 'Year of the Regenerates', attracted investors, founders, and builders globally, fostering a community of innovation and collaboration. Key highlights included OKX's participation, where the company co-hosted the Onchain Growth Mixer on February 27, focusing on strategies to onboard a billion users to onchain platforms. On February 28, OKX hosted BUIDL w. OKX, an event aimed at Ethereum builders to exchange ideas and explore new developments on the Ethereum network. OKX's platform saw significant growth in 2024, with its application programming interface achieving 900,000 daily calls, a 20x increase in decentralized exchange (DEX) daily trading volume, a 991% rise in OKX Wallets globally, and the introduction of four new trading modes. OKX now supports over 100 chains. The conference also spotlighted the growing interest in Real-World Assets (RWAs), with discussions on tokenizing traditional assets like bonds, real estate, and private equity to enhance liquidity and efficiency in the blockchain space. The RWA sector is seen as a bridge between traditional finance and cryptocurrency, with potential market growth projected to reach $16 trillion by 2030.
