Several industry experts have provided varying predictions for Bitcoin's future value. Cathie Wood, CEO of ARK Invest, estimates Bitcoin's base case value to be around $600,000 and a bull case of $1.5 million by 2030. VanEck CEO has predicted a higher valuation of $2.9 million. Crossborder Capital sees Bitcoin's fair value currently at $120,320, with a potential rise to $1.5 million by 2032. Despite these optimistic projections, on-chain analytics platform Santiment has cautioned that Bitcoin's bull run may be hindered by overly bullish sentiment. Santiment notes that markets historically move in the opposite direction of crowd expectations, with current social media sentiment showing 1.8 bullish posts for every bearish one. Bitcoin recently surged about 14% from under $58,000 to over $66,000, but the hype could lead to a pullback. As of 2024-09-28, the current price is nearly half of $120,320.
