Grayscale Investments has submitted a Form S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an exchange-traded fund that would hold Dogecoin. The proposed vehicle would give investors regulated exposure to the popular cryptocurrency, broadening Grayscale’s lineup of digital-asset products.
