
Nexera, a multi-chain decentralized trading platform, has suffered a significant exploit resulting in the loss of approximately 47 million NXRA tokens, worth around $1.76 million. The exploit involved the unauthorized upgrade of a proxy contract, allowing the attacker to transfer all NXRA tokens. Following the breach, Nexera paused trading and initiated an investigation. The hacker managed to swap 14.7 million NXRA tokens for around $450,000 in USDT. In response to the attack, Nexera burned over 32 million NXRA tokens to mitigate the impact on its ecosystem.
