SEC's Hester Peirce Says Spot Ethereum ETFs Staking Open for Reconsideration

SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce has stated that the possibility of Ethereum ETFs being able to stake is open for reconsideration. In a recent Coinage interview, Peirce mentioned that both staking and in-kind creation/redemption for Ether and Bitcoin ETFs are always open for reconsideration. This development could pave the way for in-kind proof of stake ETFs, potentially impacting the cryptocurrency market significantly. Spot Ethereum ETFs could soon include staking, according to Peirce.
