
Securitize has completed the acquisition of MG Stover's fund administration business, positioning itself as the world's largest digital asset fund administrator. This acquisition brings the total assets under Securitize's administration to over $38 billion across 715 funds. The move strengthens Securitize Fund Services, a subsidiary focused on expanding capabilities in tokenized securities and fund administration. Securitize is known for its role in tokenizing funds for major Wall Street firms, including BlackRock, which has a $2.4 billion BUIDL fund partnered with the firm. Carlos Domingo, CEO of Securitize, described the acquisition as a key step in the company's growth and its commitment to serving a broadening range of asset issuers and investors.
