Tether has minted a total of $8 billion worth of USDT stablecoins since July 1, 2025, with $1 billion minted most recently on the Tron blockchain. This issuance includes $6 billion on Ethereum and $2 billion on Tron over the past 25 days. The USDT supply on Tron has reached an all-time high of approximately $81.7 billion, reflecting a $20 billion increase since the start of the year. Concurrently, the USDC stablecoin has also seen multiple minting events totaling several hundred million dollars between July 16 and July 28, 2025. These developments indicate a substantial increase in stablecoin supply, signaling rising demand for on-chain liquidity in the cryptocurrency market.
