Multiple entities in the cryptocurrency space have issued warnings regarding scams and misinformation. CertiK has clarified that it has no plans for any token releases and urged users to verify information through official channels. API3DAO reported a compromise of its Discord server, advising users against clicking links and confirming that there are no token rewards or giveaways. Various individuals, including JoeSquawk, kmoney_69, wizardofsoho, and vohvohh, have also alerted their followers about fake accounts impersonating them on social media platforms, emphasizing that they do not have Telegram accounts or any private messaging groups. Trader Joe has noted reports of $AVAX tokens being airdropped into wallets that participated in Memecoin Rush, warning users to exercise caution as scammers may exploit such events. Irreverent Labs has stated that it is not creating a crypto token and that any ICO claims are fraudulent, reiterating that the only trusted communication channels are their official accounts.
