GOAT Network, a Bitcoin Layer 2 project known as GOATRollup, has launched a pre-market Key sale on the Aspecta platform. The Keys, referred to as BuidKey, represent 0.12% of the total GOAT token supply and can be traded before the Token Generation Event (TGE) or redeemed for tokens at TGE, where they will be 100% unlocked. The distribution of Keys is conducted through a lottery model, with some Keys offered at $1 each. The Key-to-token exchange rate is currently set at one Key for 0.000004% of the total token supply, reflecting a 33.3% increase from the previous rate. GOAT Network's market capitalization is reported at $26 million. The project is not currently in a hot sector. GOAT Network aims to bring Ethereum-like smart contract capabilities to Bitcoin through its Layer 2 solution.
