On February 13, Pumpfun recorded a daily trading volume of $270 million, a 50% decrease from its peak on January 23. The platform saw the creation of 50,371 tokens on that day, down about 30% from its peak. Despite the decline, Pumpfun continues to represent 60% of the daily issuance of tokens on the Solana network's SPL. In the past 24 hours, Pumpfun launched 40,224 tokens, but only 420 of those graduated. Meanwhile, the BNB Chain has initiated a $4.4 million program to support new memecoins, as they aim to attract liquidity in a competitive market. This follows a notable increase in meme coin activity, with reports of 1.5 million tokens launching on Pumpfun monthly, averaging around 50,000 new tokens daily. In contrast, the Four Meme launchpad reported the creation of 8,700 tokens in a single day, contributing to the growing frenzy around meme coins.
