The acquisition aims to enhance Infinite Reality's AI capabilities across its portfolio, which includes a recently rebooted Napster. Touchcast's AI platform, Mentorverse, enables the creation of specialized AI agents that facilitate seamless, human-like conversations for user engagement, customer support, and sales.
