The HPA Awards for Engineering Excellence have recognized several innovative technologies in the film industry this year. The awards were presented to Adobe for its Enhance Speech feature in Premiere Pro, to Disguise and Cuebric for their AI-driven 2.5D workflow, and to Evercast for its Evercast platform designed for Apple Vision Pro. The AI-driven 2.5D workflow combines the advantages of 2D and 3D content, allowing filmmakers to easily add depth to their projects. Adobe expressed excitement over the recognition of their AI post-production tools, which enhance storytelling capabilities for filmmakers.
