Ondas Holdings Inc. narrowed its loss in the second quarter of 2025, posting a GAAP per-share deficit of $0.08, two cents better than analysts expected. Revenue rose to $6.27 million, exceeding estimates of about $5.76 million, as the company cited "global demand for autonomous drone systems" from its Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) unit. Management said the business remains on pace for a record year. The stronger-than-expected results sent the stock up roughly 10.5% in early trading. Later in the day, Ondas said it plans to issue additional common shares in a public offering, with proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes. The company did not immediately specify the size or pricing of the deal.
