Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey showcased his range by converting a 64-yard field goal during Friday night’s preseason game on 23 August. The attempt, struck from the opposing 46-yard line, cleared the uprights with room to spare and immediately drew comparisons with the longest successful kicks in NFL history. While preseason statistics are not entered into the league record book, Aubrey’s kick would rank among the longest ever made in a regular-season contest, second only to the 66-yard record set by Baltimore’s Justin Tucker in 2021. The 29-year-old former Major League Soccer player has now further solidified his position as Dallas’s first-choice place-kicker heading into the 2025 NFL season.
"Understand this. He is kicking this ball from the 54-yard line. The OPPOSING 54-yard line." "Also known as the 46-yard line." Isaiah Stanback and Bill Jones set the stage for Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey's 64-yard field goal. https://t.co/oNEXkikQg7
