The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the NFL in the lawsuit filed by former Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden. In a 2-1 decision on Tuesday, the court reversed a previous district court ruling, mandating that Gruden's claims be addressed through the NFL's arbitration system rather than in open court. The decision by the three-judge panel means that the case will now be handled behind closed doors, in accordance with the NFL's arbitration procedures.
