According to Seoul, these cyber-attacks are aimed at supporting the regime's construction goals. The hackers are exploiting vulnerabilities in VPN updates to install malware and targeting Windows users with malicious NPM packages. Additionally, they are employing watering hole and supply chain attacks to infiltrate these sectors.
