Nick Rekieta Arrested on Drug, Firearm, and Child Endangerment Charges, Faces Up to 25 Years, $50,000 Bond

Nick Rekieta, a lawyer and streamer, along with his wife Kayla Rekieta and April Imholte, has been arrested on multiple charges, including possession of over 25 grams of a Schedule 1 substance, firearm possession, and child endangerment. Rekieta and his wife face up to 5 years for gun charges and 5 years for drug charges, while Rekieta alone faces up to 25 years for drug possession. April Imholte initially faced drug charges but those have been dropped. The arrests followed a report made to the police on May 16th alleging child abuse. Rekieta's bond is set at $50,000 with no alcohol allowed and no bail hearing until May 28th. He is subject to random drug testing and monitoring as part of his bail conditions.
