
The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected two appeals related to COVID-19 vaccines from Children’s Health Defense, the anti-vaccine nonprofit founded by independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The appeals challenged the COVID-19 vaccine, forced vaccination for school, EUA on young children, and Rutgers University's vaccination rules. The court's decision leaves in place the lower court rulings that upheld the vaccine mandates.
