The charges include theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, dealing in the proceeds of illegal activity, and criminal conspiracy. Additionally, the owners of the Mon View Heights housing complex in West Mifflin, including Silber and Schulman, are facing further legal issues. Authorities allege that the trio stole $580,000, funds that could have been utilized for property improvements. This follows the declaration of the housing complex as a public nuisance last year.
