Playboy Enterprises said it will relocate its global headquarters from Los Angeles to Miami Beach, anchoring the $100 million RIVANI Miami Beach redevelopment at 1691 Michigan Avenue. The lease, announced 14 August, places the lifestyle and media brand in a penthouse office designed by the Rockwell Group and developed by real-estate investor Robert Rivani, who called the deal a milestone for the mixed-use complex. Chief Executive Officer Ben Kohn said Miami Beach’s “vibrancy and pro-business approach” made the city an ideal base as the company seeks to revitalise its brand. Playboy plans to open an adjacent private Playboy Club, a world-class restaurant and a content studio to expand its creator network and produce multimedia programming, including podcasts and photography.
