The Gig Harbor Police Department apprehended over 20 individuals in a retail theft sting operation spanning 2 days. Florida State Attorney General filed criminal charges against 3 men for operating an organized retail theft ring across 11 counties. Federal authorities charged 6 individuals linked to a car theft ring across Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks counties, also connected to two murders. Sandy police dismantled an ID theft and fraud ring with up to 200 victims statewide, resulting in the arrest of 19 suspects.
