Chipolo has expanded its item-tracking lineup with two rechargeable devices, the Loop and Card, each available for preorder today at $39. The gadgets work with both Apple’s Find My and Google’s Find My Device (Android Find Hub) networks, allowing users to locate misplaced belongings through the native apps on either ecosystem. The circular Loop attaches to keys or bags via an integrated silicone ring, while the credit-card-shaped Card slips into wallets. Both devices rely on rechargeable power cells that last about six months per charge—addressing a key criticism of disposable coin-cell and sealed batteries used in earlier trackers. Performance specifications are identical apart from alert volume: the Loop’s speaker reaches 125 dB and the Card 110 dB. Each unit offers a 400-foot Bluetooth range, carries an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, and can ring a paired phone even when it is set to silent. The Loop recharges over USB-C; the Card aligns automatically with standard Qi wireless chargers. The launch follows Chipolo’s Pop tracker, introduced earlier this year with a replaceable coin-cell battery, and underscores the Slovenian company’s wider push toward more sustainable, longer-lived tracking accessories.
With Find My built in, Chipolo's latest rechargeable trackers last longer that before, and are louder when triggered. https://t.co/6HrEYxWUBX
